South Shore Pitch Group Caravan

Waypoint is a proud sponsor of the South Shore Pitch Group, which meets every Thursday from 11:30 to 12:30. All agents are welcome to come and pitch your listings and announce your buyers wants and needs for any area.

Each week, there is a speaker relative to your real estate business after agents pitch their properties. All agents are welcome if you have listings or not. On the 4th Thursday of each month, Waypoint Property Inspection runs a broker caravan for the areas Riverview, Wimauma, and Gibsonton Caravan days, meet at The Alley at 11:30, and start the caravan at noon after agents pitch. If you have a listing within close proximity, please contact Denise@Waypointinspection.com to submit it.

All listings must be submitted the Monday before the caravan by 5 pm. Viewings happen between the hours of 12:30 – 2:00, depending on the tour that day. Please reach out to Denise if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you soon.
