They were prompt and thorough. Gave an indepth explanation on red marked items and anything else I had questions about and even how I could correct the other small things. Truly insightful and even followed up a few days later when the results came back to let me know they were available and if I had any additional questions.Great service!

Gary was punctual, efficient, thorough, and very good at answering my questions. When the report was drafted, he walked me around the house and showed me the issues. I did not go on the roof though...lol. The inspection took just under 3 hours for a 2000+ square foot home. I strongly recommend having your home inspected if it's a 1 year warranty on a new home. It's amazing what was discovered. Lots of openings to the attic for critters to sneak through.

Very professional and thorough inspector who took the time to engage with us and address our concerns during the home inspection period, and went through the report with us, explaining it all at the end. My inspector was Gary and he was fantastic! This attention to detail made my buying process much less stressful, and gave me confidence in the purchase I was making. Would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member and will request them again for any inspections I need.

We hired Waypoint Property Inspection for a home inspection on a house we are buying. Jim went above and beyond our expectations for the inspection. I chose Waypoint because of 1) how responsive and professional they were while I was shopping around and 2) their competitive price (they do military discounts!). Derek came out to inspect my new build and did an excellent job. He was finding things that were small, behind ducts, and out of sight. I'm glad that I went with Waypoint and now have that piece of mind that my new house is "good to go".

We used Waypoint for the home inspection for a home we are purchasing. David was very professional, thorough and took time to explain everything to me in detail. I appreciated that because normally my husband handles stuff like this but he was unable to be there. I will call them again for sure!

I Used waypoint for New home purchase on Two different accounts, David was very thorough on the inspection of the homes with a very detailed report.When buying a new home you want someone to make sure that the home is tight and right and waypoint is a group you want on your side to turn up underlaying issues that could cost the buyer thousands of dollars.

I have to say that I had a truly fantastic experience working with Waypoint. We have bought and sold over 8 properties in the last 20 years and we have never had such a thorough, informative, accommodating and friendly experience as we did with David and Steven from Waypoint. I can not recommend them highly enough and will absolutely only be using Waypoint in the future. Thank you also to the home office staff for the ease and flexibility on the appointment process. Derek was awesome. Very thorough and a great eye. Caught many safety, operational, and aesthetic items that others missed. Very professional, very kind and also took note of a few things I found myself. Very respectful and responded very quickly and courteously to something I thought wasn't on the report but actually I just missed. Really amazing company.
