We used Waypoint Inspection after the closing of our first home. Our Inspector Vance was not only professional, but he was diligent and thorough in his inspection. While he may have been familiar with the Builder, his focus was making sure we have a safe and well built home for us and our children. Lastly, his findings were spot on and we'll explained. New Construction Home Inspection. Referred by my Realtor Toni Mabien of ReMax Capitol. I am really grateful for this referral. This company deserves more than a 5-star rating. Laurie was very prompt with responding and provided exceptional customer service to assist with service requested. Wilmer Mollfulleda was the Inspector. Wilmer did a phenomenal job and made sure he captured the every detail big or small. I even received my report within hours of inspection being completed. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and service of excellence. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We moved from California to St. Petersburg in late 2020. …So naturally, we were concerned about choosing the inspection company. We did some research and chose the Waypoint Property Inspection Company. And with this market, we know that we can’t ask the sellers to fix too many problems with the house. However, since the inspection was important, we needed to know all the problems so we could fix them when we moved in. As we expected, the house was discovered to have many problems. And so, we’re happy with the performance of the inspectors from Waypoint Company. Their knowledge is exceptional, with them being precise with details and explaining all of the issues clearly to us. Now, we’ve already moved in with the inspection report, and we’re using it as a guide to fix things around the house. They actually performed an existing home purchase inspection along with an air quality test. Oliver was the inspector and he was VERY professional, prompt, detailed, and thorough. Our realtor Frank recommended Waypoint for our home inspection in regards with purchasing our first house in Lutz. Our inspector was Derek Lewis. Inspection was scheduled at 1pm and Derek was already there inspecting the house. Considering that this is our first house, we really appreciated how thorough Derek was, pointing out issues that we would've never noticed on our own. He also took the time to answer all of our questions, so that we understood all of the findings from the inspection. If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would. Will definitely use their service again in the future!

I had my new home inspection performed by Waypoint with my inspector being Jim Parsons. The inspection was scheduled for 9 AM and Jim was there before the scheduled time with his team already inspecting the home. Jim and his team was very thorough and was very patient with explaining the details of his findings. I would definitely recommend Waypoint to anyone who is in need of a home inspection.
