Gary was awesome. The home inspection report I received on the home we are purchasing was just fabulous-it had not only detailed level of comments but photos and yellow circles around the specific issues. The level of detail and thorough amount of time and effort they put into this report shows their commitment to their work. They for sure gave me solid information on how to maintain my home. He was super professional and friendly in person and in my opinion, took an appropriate amount of time for the home inspection. He also climbed on the roof himself instead of using a drone which we had heard some inspectors were using. Personally I prefer them looking at the roof with their own eyes and examining it in person. I had a high level of confidence in their work and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a home inspection on their home once they have made an offer to buy. Thank you for the awesome service and for also scheduling so quickly for me! Great job!

They did a home inspection for us and were very thorough. They called since I was out of town and went over all the important issues that were found. They were very helpful.

These guys are on point! Very professional, courteous and able to explain every single detail on the report. I high recommend Waypoint property inspection. And to all of us active duty military that just get to your new duty station and you’re not sure who to go with this company is definitely going to do an outstanding job to let you know about the house you’re getting ready to buy coming into a brand new area. They were prompt and thorough. Gave an indepth explanation on red marked items and anything else I had questions about and even how I could correct the other small things. Truly insightful and even followed up a few days later when the results came back to let me know they were available and if I had any additional questions.Great service!

Gary was punctual, efficient, thorough, and very good at answering my questions. When the report was drafted, he walked me around the house and showed me the issues. I did not go on the roof though...lol. The inspection took just under 3 hours for a 2000+ square foot home. I strongly recommend having your home inspected if it's a 1 year warranty on a new home. It's amazing what was discovered. Lots of openings to the attic for critters to sneak through.

Very professional and thorough inspector who took the time to engage with us and address our concerns during the home inspection period, and went through the report with us, explaining it all at the end. My inspector was Gary and he was fantastic! This attention to detail made my buying process much less stressful, and gave me confidence in the purchase I was making. Would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member and will request them again for any inspections I need.

I chose Waypoint because of 1) how responsive and professional they were while I was shopping around and 2) their competitive price (they do military discounts!). Derek came out to inspect my new build and did an excellent job. He was finding things that were small, behind ducts, and out of sight. I'm glad that I went with Waypoint and now have that piece of mind that my new house is "good to go".

We used Waypoint for the home inspection for a home we are purchasing. David was very professional, thorough and took time to explain everything to me in detail. I appreciated that because normally my husband handles stuff like this but he was unable to be there. I will call them again for sure!

I Used waypoint for New home purchase on Two different accounts, David was very thorough on the inspection of the homes with a very detailed report.When buying a new home you want someone to make sure that the home is tight and right and waypoint is a group you want on your side to turn up underlaying issues that could cost the buyer thousands of dollars.

I have to say that I had a truly fantastic experience working with Waypoint. We have bought and sold over 8 properties in the last 20 years and we have never had such a thorough, informative, accommodating and friendly experience as we did with David and Steven from Waypoint.
