I had a great experience with Waypoint! Laurie was so patient and worked diligently with my builder to make sure we were scheduled! We had a last minute rescheduling due to the home not being complete and Laurie sprung into action and coordinated the inspection for the following business day. They were quick to schedule the inspection, call back with the initial results and email back the report that night. Pictures were provided with the narrative.
The inspector forgot to add that it was a problem that he could not get to the hot water heater to inspect it or the main water shut off valve. So after I saw that it was missing on his report, he added it back onto it and resent the report back out.
He offered to go back and reinspect again after the access panel stripped screws were replaced.
That’s the only reason I did not give him a full 5 star review.

On June 9,2022, as a first time homebuyer I tried my best to consider everything when buying a new home. Waypoint came highly recommended so I gave them a try. Needless to say, it was the best decision. My inspector was Jeff G. On the day of my inspection it had been raining off and on. My appt was at 1 but by the time is arrived Jeff shared he decided to get an earlier start while the storm was on pause to get on top of the roof. He was 1/2 way through by that time. He was patient as he walked my husband and I throughout the house giving us a thorough review and breakdown on recommendations for the builder. I would definitely recommend their services.

Highly recommend!I hired Waypoint to do an inspection on my home and they went above and beyond. I was able to set up an appointment quickly and easily. Waypoint was very accommodating to my schedule. Like many others, my homeowners insurance is about to be canceled. They worked with me to get an inspector out to perform the wind mitigation inspection on my roof for insurance purposes. The gentleman that came out was very nice and he was extremely professional. He also arrived on time. He followed up with me when he was complete with the inspection and asked if I had any questions. I received my report via email the same day for my insurance company.
