Donnie was exceptional! He did a thorough inspection and never once did he make the buyer feel like they should not buy the house. He gave the buyer good tips and proper maintenance ideas for the house, Pointed out the things that did need, addressing before passing an inspection, and spoke to my client as if the house was already hers.
