The inspector forgot to add that it was a problem that he could not get to the hot water heater to inspect it or the main water shut off valve. So after I saw that it was missing on his report, he added it back onto it and resent the report back out.
He offered to go back and reinspect again after the access panel stripped screws were replaced.
That’s the only reason I did not give him a full 5 star review.

Every nook and cranny of the house was examined in detail and they did a comprehensive review of all of their findings with us before leaving the property that day. Much to my surprise I had the entire inspection report, 4 point inspection, and wind mitigation report by the end of the day.
