Laurie was very prompt with responding and provided exceptional customer service to assist with service requested. Wilmer Mollfulleda was the Inspector. Wilmer did a phenomenal job and made sure he captured the every detail big or small. I even received my report within hours of inspection being completed. We moved from California to St. Petersburg in late 2020. …So naturally, we were concerned about choosing the inspection company. We did some research and chose the Waypoint Property Inspection Company. And with this market, we know that we can’t ask the sellers to fix too many problems with the house. However, since the inspection was important, we needed to know all the problems so we could fix them when we moved in. As we expected, the house was discovered to have many problems. And so, we’re happy with the performance of the inspectors from Waypoint Company. Their knowledge is exceptional, with them being precise with details and explaining all of the issues clearly to us. Now, we’ve already moved in with the inspection report, and we’re using it as a guide to fix things around the house. Our realtor Frank recommended Waypoint for our home inspection in regards with purchasing our first house in Lutz. Our inspector was Derek Lewis. Inspection was scheduled at 1pm and Derek was already there inspecting the house. Considering that this is our first house, we really appreciated how thorough Derek was, pointing out issues that we would've never noticed on our own. He also took the time to answer all of our questions, so that we understood all of the findings from the inspection. If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would. As a Real Estate Broker/Realtor, I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Parsons, Inspector for Waypoint Property Inspection, LLC. I found Jim to be very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss with my Buyers certain areas of concern after his inspection was complete and while they were still at the property. He submitted his written report that same day. It was easy to read and my Buyers knew exactly what issues they wanted to have resolved before closing. I would highly recommend this company.

They were quick to schedule the inspection, call back with the initial results and email back the report that night. Pictures were provided with the narrative.
The inspector forgot to add that it was a problem that he could not get to the hot water heater to inspect it or the main water shut off valve. So after I saw that it was missing on his report, he added it back onto it and resent the report back out.
He offered to go back and reinspect again after the access panel stripped screws were replaced.
That’s the only reason I did not give him a full 5 star review.

Just had Waypojnt inspect a property my wife and I are considering. These guys did an excellent job of meticulously checking every inch of the property and home along with storage sheds, dock and boat lift.
