We had our home inspection done by Waypoint and could not be happier. The inspector (Jim Parsons) was thorough and asked if we had any concerns and he addressed all our questions. He was there on time. The report was sent to us the same day of the inspection and was very explicit in his findings. If we need another home inspection we will certainly use Waypoint.
After spending his first few years helping grow the marketing team and customer contact center, Austin focused heavily on Waypoint’s systems and IT to support growth before becoming CEO. When not working, he can be found road cycling, visiting a craft brewery, or planning his next trip to Iceland.
Eddy completed his home inspection training in 2007 with ITA-Kaplan University and the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. He is a Certified Master Inspector and led the creation of Waypoint’s comprehensive inspector training course. He can be found at a dragon boat race when not working.
Bob started Waypoint in 2005 and completed extensive home inspection training at Kaplan Professional Schools/Inspection Training Associates. He is a Certified Master Inspector and a leader in education in the home inspection industry. When not working he can be found hanging with his bud Jaycee.
