We had our home inspection done by Waypoint and could not be happier. The inspector (Jim Parsons) was thorough and asked if we had any concerns and he addressed all our questions. He was there on time. The report was sent to us the same day of the inspection and was very explicit in his findings. If we need another home inspection we will certainly use Waypoint.
Bob started Waypoint in 2005 and completed extensive home inspection training at Kaplan Professional Schools/Inspection Training Associates. He is a Certified Master Inspector and a business growth coach in the home inspection industry. When not working he can be found hanging with his bud Jaycee.
Eddy completed his home inspection training in 2007 with ITA-Kaplan University as well as with the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. He is a Certified Master Inspector and led the creation of Waypoint’s comprehensive inspector training course. When not working he can be found at a dragon boat (look it up) practice or race.
After spending his first few years helping grow the marketing team and customer contact center, Austin now manages Waypoint's systems and IT. Along with Bob he coaches home inspection companies on system implementation. When not working he can be found planning his next trip back to Iceland.
