Oliver with Waypoint was awesome. Which is not a word I would have ever thought I’d use to describe a home inspector, but I did. He took the time to review the report with me, showed me the areas in question. He explained why some were blue and some were written in red. I mean he was so thorough, I walked away with a clear understanding of the inspection.When someone gets a sparkle in their eye as the excitingly tell you about the condition of the electrical panel, you KNOW they love what they do. My mortgage broker used Waypoint in 2008 to do the home inspection of the property I was purchasing. The inspection was very good. 2019 my homeowners insurance was very high and my broker said to get a wind mitigation inspection so I emailed waypoint and that year I got $500 off my insurance again this year I had another one for insurance purpose but the service was great.
