I recommend Waypoint Property Inspections LLC to any home buyer/sellers in South Florida. They had an appointment available immediately after my contract signing so I was elated. One thing I'd like for them to improve on is to have estimated cost of repairs within the inspection(s) to get an idea of what to expect in terms of price per repair. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit from the inspector Alex. He also was available after the inspection to discuss a brief summary of the main issues the home had and an estimate time before replacement is needed as well as a price range he's seen in the past for replacement. He was open to any questions or concerns, thank you Alex!

Tony (Anthony) from Waypoint Property Inspections was phenomenal! He was incredibly thorough and was kind enough to really explain some of the issues that came up in the inspection with me so I understood them all completely.
